The Practice

MORE THAN A
SOUND BATH.

Alkhemiyah is more than a sound bath. It is an intentionally guided experience where breath, vibration, rhythm, stillness, and presence work together to create space for deep rest, reconnection, and inner listening.

Each experience may weave together crystal singing bowls, gong, drum, flute, voice, breathwork, guided meditation, and moments of intentional silence. No two gatherings are exactly the same. Shaman Yawna Shakti responds to the people, energy, environment, and purpose of each experience in real time.

Experiences

Seven pathways to
work with Alkhemiyah.

Each format is built from the same instruments and practices, scaled to fit a single person, a private circle, a leadership team, or a full retreat.

What to Expect

What actually
happens.

Most sessions run 60 to 90 minutes and follow the same basic shape, whether it’s one person on a mat or a full conference room.

Arrive

Enter the space, settle into your mat, cushion, or chair, and receive a simple orientation that allows you to become present before the experience begins.

Breathe

Shaman Yawna Shakti opens with intentional breath and grounding practices designed to quiet external noise, deepen awareness, and prepare the body to receive.

Experience

Sound begins to move through the space through crystal bowls, gong, drum, flute, voice, and other instruments selected for the experience. Participants are invited to rest, receive, breathe, and listen.

Integrate

The experience closes gradually, allowing time for stillness, reflection, hydration, journaling, or sharing before returning to the rhythm of everyday life.
